By ordering from My furniture store llc. ( www.myfurniturestore.com ), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:



 My furniture store llc.(myfurniturestore.com) will include minimun charge for customers within NYC - 5 boroughs ( Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan and Staten Island) and other areas of NY State, see, Northern part of New Jersey and some part of Connecticut. 

My furniture store llc. (myfurniturestore.com) is a New Jersey Entity; therefore, all purchases made by New Jersey residents will be charged a 7% sales tax.  All prices are subject to change without any prior notice. Customer’s credit cards will be charged on the day the order has been placed. 


My furniture store llc. (myfurniturestore.com) is not responsible for any delays regarding delivery due to weather conditions, manufacturer delays or other non store related issues. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the merchandise he/she orders fits into their location. Customers are encouraged to double check with a sales representative My furniture store llc. (myfurniturestore.com). regarding dimensions of the product(s) being purchased. 

My furniture store llc. (myfurniturestore.com) is not to be held responsible for any issues regarding slight color variation of the delivered items and online pictures. (Due to PC/Monitors resolutions, age, etc.) 



My furniture store llc. (myfurniturestore.com) reserves the right to reinburse any deposit or payment made by the customer on behaf any furniture,  that is discontinued or arrive from the warehouse with damage.



If by any reason a customer wants to cancel his/her order, the customer has to notify My furniture store llc.(myfurniturestore.com) within 24 hours from the time/date of purchase. If by any reason Customer canceled the order after 24 hours from the time of My furniture store llc. (myfurniturestore.com) will charge 25 %( Twenty five Percent) Cancellation Fees from the total of purchase amount.
If order was delivered and Customer does not satisfied with product and wants to cancel the order and return any product(s), customer will be issued refund (within 5 business days) minus Cancellation Fees of 25% (Twenty Percent), minus delivery charges for this order (if any).

all merchandise will be delivered upon agreement with the customer.   All details of the delivery have to be added to the purchase invoice.  Always inspect your delivery upon receiving it; our delivery personnel will help you make sure there are no damages. After signing the satisfaction of the delivery,

Small Items, home decor, mirrors, stands, etc, can be shipped per customer request via Fed Ex or UPS. 
My furniture store llc. (myfurniturestore.com) is not to be held responsible for items sent by Fed Ex or UPS.

Every product
My furniture store llc. (myfurniturestore.com). sells is a NEW product.  My furniture store llc. has a very strong return and exchange policy.  If Customer decide to Exchange any products after getting delivery (only at the time of delivery), client has rights to refuse and find different product.  If this happen, client will be responsible for Exchange Fees 25% (Twenty Percent) of purchase price and Delivery Charges.  Client will be charged another delivery charges for new order. All products are opened and inspected upon delivery.  If a product is damaged upon arrival My furniture store llc. (myfurniturestore.com). will exchange it without additional charges.   

Every product
My furniture store llc. (myfurniturestore.com) sells is NEW.  Customer's have the right to return products within 7 days after their delivery date. All product(s) returned must be in the original condition and packaging as received. Refund of your order will result in a 25 %( Twenty Percent) Cancellation Fees and minus delivery charges for this order (if any).

Every product My furniture store llc. (myfurniturestore.com) sells ON-LINE is subject to stock availability , in the case the customer pays online and we do not have the item/items on stock for no more than 6 weeks, we will reinburse the full payment to the customer.

Stock availability online , may change without notice after the order has been place.  All orders place on our website myfurniturestore.com are subject to a confirmation by one of our representatives.


Product(s) is covered under a limited 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Additional warranty information is usually included in the boxes. If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding product's warranty please call us at 973-7779800.
